Better books.
More headspace.
Bookkeeping, payroll and month-end support that turns the daily numbers into a clearer view of your business.
Running the business is a full-time job. Keeping its finances useful should not become your second one. We bring the everyday work into a sensible rhythm, with support from North Sydney and online.
Your numbers should help you run things.
A growing pile of receipts, a payroll deadline and a report you do not quite trust. Sound familiar? Start with the work that needs doing, then build the support around it.
A place for every transaction.
Bank reconciliations, transaction coding and organised records give your accounts a dependable starting point. We work through outstanding questions with you instead of letting them quietly accumulate.
A routine everyone understands.
Payroll processing and reporting can form part of your agreed scope. We set out who supplies timesheets and employee changes, who approves the pay run, and when information needs to arrive.
Close the month. Open the conversation.
Month-end accounts and management reporting help you see what happened and what needs attention. We can bring together profit and loss, balance sheet and agreed reporting, with explanations that connect to your business.
Less working around the software.
Xero support, accounting system setup and process improvement can help the finance routine work more smoothly. We look at how information enters the system, where work is duplicated and which reports you actually use.
Get the handover right.
Then find your rhythm.
Show us how things run.
We look at your current software, records, transaction volumes and payroll needs. Tell us what works, what frustrates you and which jobs keep slipping down the list.
Clear roles. Clear fees.
Your proposal sets out the work, reporting frequency, information we need and responsibilities on both sides. Any catch-up or setup work is identified separately so you can see the full picture.
Keep the conversation going.
We agree how records are shared, questions are resolved and reports are discussed. As the business changes, we review whether the scope still fits.
Pay for the support you need.
Bookkeeping, payroll, month-end reporting and systems work can involve different levels of support. Your written proposal confirms inclusions, fees, GST treatment and any additional work before you engage us.
Historical clean-up, software subscriptions, tax returns, BAS preparation and lodgement, and advisory projects are only included when specified. If the work changes, we discuss the scope and fee with you.

A few useful questions.
Can you work alongside my existing accountant?
Yes. We can agree a bookkeeping and reporting role alongside your existing accountant, with clear responsibilities for handover, queries and year-end information.
Do my books need to be tidy before I contact you?
No. Tell us where things stand. We first assess what needs attention, then separate any catch-up work from the ongoing routine and quote accordingly.
Do I need to move to Xero?
Not automatically. We review your current setup and discuss whether it suits your needs. Any proposed migration, setup or training is agreed before that work starts.
How often will you work on the accounts?
That depends on your transaction volumes, payroll cycle and reporting needs. We agree a practical cadence in the proposal instead of assuming every business needs the same service.
Give the books a routine.
Give yourself some room.
Tell us what is taking up your time. We will work out the right starting point together.
