SWITCHING ACCOUNTANTS OR CATCHING UP?
You don’t need everything
sorted before we talk.
What needs attention?
Your structure, records and next deadline. We start with where you are.
A scope and a fee.
We separate ongoing work from cleanup and confirm the costs first.
A clear handover.
Once engaged and authorised, we coordinate handover, confirm your contact person and give you one clear records checklist and the next agreed deadline.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Let’s make this
feel manageable.
Tell us about your business and what needs attention. We’ll check the fit, explain any catch-up work and confirm the scope and total fee before you decide.
We aim to respond within two business days. An enquiry does not commit you to a plan. Please flag urgent deadlines; responsibility starts only once agreed.

A few useful answers.
Do you work with companies as well as sole traders?
Yes. Both can choose ongoing guidance or bookkeeping handled for them. Company plans include annual financial statements, the company tax return and one standard director return. We confirm your structure, records and support needs before recommending a plan. Trusts and more complex businesses can also contact us for a tailored proposal.
What if I need a call or more advice?
You can call during business hours or arrange a callback. Routine questions and a quarterly check-in are included in both monthly plans. If you need a forecast, detailed tax advice or another substantial project, we explain the work and price first. There is no extra charge just for asking the initial question.
What if I only need a BAS or tax return?
Choose Lodgements. A straightforward BAS from ready, reconciled records starts at $150 + GST, subject to the entity, revenue and transaction limits on our Pricing page. A sole-trader annual return, business schedule and profit and loss statement start at $450 + GST ($495 including GST); a simple company’s annual accounts, tax return and one standard director return start at $1,350 + GST. Eligibility and any extra work are confirmed before you engage. Phone and email questions about that engagement are included. You do not need an ongoing monthly service for a defined job.
What if I join part-way through the year?
We name the tax year and BAS periods in your proposal. Overdue work, prior periods and annual work needed early are assessed and quoted or scheduled before engagement. We do not charge twice for the same work.
How do you use automation and AI?
Rules and connected systems assist routine work. AI may help draft explanations or identify items to investigate. Accountants check the source figures, resolve judgement questions and approve outputs. No blind autopilot. Client data goes to third-party tools only with required authority and appropriate controls.
